We have allways many problems with surface packages outside Europe. They are often extremly damaged, or sometimes get lost, and take a long time (6 weeks are not unusual). So we recommend to pay the higher rates for airmail postage.
If you want your package insured, please tell us!! But the USA is the only territory where is it not possible to send packages with insurance!!! We can give you the rates. Inside Europe, the price is including insurance.
